An urban winery’s Sparkling success. It’s a gorgeous hazy gold color with soft notes of brioche, apricot and white peach on the nose. It’s got some tartness, but there’s a hint of sweetness detectable on the edges for a balanced finish.

Creamy and smooth sparkling wine! babito brut is made in the traditional method common to Cava. It has some apple and hay on the nose, alongside lovely brioche. Creamy finish with a slightly sweet roundness in the mouth!
