When do you think you fell in love with wine, enough to make a career of it?

Well, I said I want to make wine when I was about 7 years old, so I shouldn't say that I fell in love with wine, but more that I understood it was a way of life, a passion, and a meaningful career.

What story does your wine tell?

I hope my wines shows the terroir of Fully and the variety at its best (as I produced only single varietal wine).

“I can remember some "old" Châteauneuf-du-Pape wines which were so complex with a mix of structured mouth and soft tannins. Those wines are evolving in your glass throughout the dinner.... they tell you their story”

Mathilde Roux

That they should "know" about wine to talk about it or even describe a wine

What great things about wine do you think people should remember?

Wine needs time and they should age them.... it's a bit frustrating to see so many wines which are consumed when they are too young.

Marie-Thérèse Chappaz!
